Afton has started on rice cereal. While feeding her the other day she kept grabbing dad's hand and didn't want to let go. So I got the camera out  to take a picture she would move her eyes just ever so slightly while I took the picture then focus back on eating.

This morning while getting ready for church Connor asked if it was fast Sunday. I told him it wasn't and ask why he wanted to know. He replied by on fast Sunday we have dinner at Grandma J's. During the primary program I leaned over to Grandma Jamieson and told her to story and asked if we could come over for a visit. She told me how she has wanted to try making doughnuts and that lead to a little family gathering. Once the hype of the doughnuts was over out came all the electronics. Connor and Parker introduced Grandpa Jamieson and Aunt Sherri to the game Bike race. It was a fun evening and I'm looking forward to our next doughnut night.

We finally convinced the boys to go to Lagoon. It was a fun night to be out with family. Thank you Erika for always having your camera out and ready.

Grace had a little break from volleyball and she came home for the weekend. We had a breakfast get together before she left. We have talked many times of having the kids picture taken with their number in order of when they were born. There's nothing quite like this family gatherings the laughter, loud craziness of memories making fun.

We had a little family dinner to celebrate Labor day. Early in the morning James went shopping to get supplies for a rocket launcher, after dinner we got it out. We lost 3 pop bottles in the trees. We tried and tried to get them down by throwing Bordy's lacrosse ball but never got them down.  It will be fun to see if they are still there when we go look at Christmas lights.
