This year the school did a choir concert and it was called heal the world. Connor's cluster sang Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson. Parker's class did Under Pressure by Queen. At the end all the kids sang Heal the world by Michael Jackson. Wish that I could have caught Parker yawing during the performance. As we were leaving the decided to try one of the food trucks that was there.

We woke up this morning with baseball practice, but soon realized that was raining so much that it would be cancelled. Instead of giving the boys the option of a movie I told them that we were going to the Living Plant Aquarium. And Parker wailed why it takes for ever to get there. Afton had fun for a while but then screamed every time she was held up to look over something. The boys enjoyed telling us all they had learned from when they were there on their field trips.

Krissy helped organize a service project in memory of Grandma Burton. We help grandpa Burton take out some small bushes and build up a flower bed.

Tonight after dinner we took the boys to the batting cages just for something different.

Afton turned 2 today! We didn't really celebrate because we were at the ball diamonds. She like to be ruff and tumble with the boys while in her dresses. She is always on the go unless Curious George is playing on the t.v. She loves to give squeezes an carry around stuff animals.  Afton doesn't like being told no or having her hair done.

We went to Krissy and Pj's tonight for dinner and a Easter hunt. Owen and Collin were in charge of hiding all 270 eggs, they ran out of places to hide so they went for the roof. After the hunt we enjoyed a delicious dinner and a bunny craft that Erika brought. At the end of the night a few of us went up to flowers Grandma Burton's grave. It was great way to end the Easter celebration.
