Stacie and I went to the Davis County Fair. Did you know that you can get your hair cut at the fair! This year there was a Splash Dog event. We didn't stay to see the competition we watch the practice still just a entertaining. As always you get to pet animals and ride the ponies.

We went to Toquerville falls. It is a scary fun place. Another place that Parker can throw rocks. After 30 minutes or so Connor tells Raider he is done. We had a good time but neither Raider or I jumped off the cliff.

My kids lived on these things, Parker mainly Connor still had to play Baseball while we were there. He told me that he needed to take 3 things camping my baseball my bat my stuff (that is what he calls his mitt).

Grandpa Jeppson took Parker and Blake for rides on the tracker.
We went to Zion's National Park and did a short hike. I forgot how down hill takes a toll on your knees. We did the hike with the Pools. We just went to the second one because we heard from someone coming down that there was no shade and the 3rd one. Plus for the first half we had to hear Connor complaining on how he wanted to go home.

The creek was a fun spot. I guess you can say any place were a boy can throw rocks and not get into trouble is a good spot.
Connor can not stop talking about camping and catching fish. He tried for a while to catch something in this net he found at Grandpa Jeppson's.

I know that I have not posted a lot after the Yellowstone trip. It is because this is what we have been doing baseball. We watch baseball movies, play it, talk about taking baseball stuff camping. We had to buy a new bat because Parker doesn't want to share. Connor is getting to the point were he starting to move his glove to try and catch it. It is only for Raider, for me he wants to stand there with his glove in the air and for me to make it in like on Sandlot.
A boy and his dog watching Sandlot.
The Bountiful 24 of July parade is a tradition in my family. After the vary long parade we go to my Grandma's and have ice cream.
My brother Mat used to work for South Davis Fire department. He called them up and said he was at his Grandma's and that they should stop by. It was fun watching all the cars drive by and wonder why the fire truck was there.

I will just apologize in advance there are a lot of pictures. This is one of the places you could find Parker, the other was at Josh's campsite. This is a wonderful campsite, I loved that fact that the whole loop was just family. Thanks Susan and Collin we had a wonderful time.
I was not impressed with Yellowstone. I think it was because we tried doing so much in one day. If we go again will will stay in the park and go later in the year so we can see more wild life.
At least I got two out of the three.

I love fish but I am not a fisherman. I find it boring but I enjoyed this time Connor caught 3.This was at Raider's cousin's cabin at Mack's Inn. I wish I was in the cannon to see his face. Raider said he enjoyed it until the fish got into the cannon and almost touched his feet. Raider said he will take him again, not sure if we can find a spot where the fish bit quite as fast.

If I was wearing shorts I might have been brave enough to walk Connor to the other side. Thanks Erika.

Connor found this rock and told me he needed a picture. I should have cleaned his face first.

I have not been in the mood to blog at all. I don't know if it's because there was so much going on or because I am lazy. I'll keep my ramblings short and let the pictures do the talking. We went to Thanking point. I didn't realize that place was so big I just thought it what you could see from the freeway. It was fun to see how huge these things were.

Connor loved hanging out with the older kids.

Parker is a wild one! Not sure how it happened he fell at Lagoon.

I have been a slacker about getting these pictures up. I must say that I love family bondage. We had a little family shin dig at the trailer this time was nice weather. Except for the wind.

Parker wondered over to Grace for a seat. After a while he started to dig into is sandwich and spread peanut butter on her legs then she was done with him!

We went swimming on Tuesday at Lagoon. My kids and I didn't last that long the water is cold!
Parker usally doesn't go one rides. So I thought it was because of his partner. We put him with Ally but he still cried. We should have got a picture of her trying to comfort him it was cute.
I don't really care to do rides anymore espically this one. I made Stacie go.
