We thought it would be fun to try the new splash pad in Kaysville. Parker seemed lost without Connor at his side. Lucy tried to get him to go and play but it would only last a few minutes then he would come sit down again.

I have been looking forward for this day for 3 years. Connor is in 1st grade which means school is all day. He was excited today because he finally got to wear the new clothes, put stuff in his pack back and load up his lunch box.

Sorry pictures are out of order. Grandpa and Grandma Jeppson came up last week for a visit. We had a pot luck dinner in the park the first night they were here. The next morning we headed to Lagoon. Connor has been asking to do the sky ride for a while and today Grandma Jeppson was kind enough to take him on it.  Parker wanted to take Grandpa on the "big wheel". We had an enjoyable time with the family. I am grateful that we live so close to our family and that we get together often.

We were going to do a walk for Grandma Burton but the County cancelled because of the heat. We got together at the park and had some dessert. The kids ran around until they noticed that  were eating with out them. Connor and Parker sat down on a bench near us. I didn't have my camera as I asked Grace to sneak up and us her phone. When she got close enough then turned around, but they listened and turned back around.
